The chef received first prize in the "Créatifs de la Route de l’érable 2009" with his casserole of organic pork shoulder flavoured with maple and coriander. Specialities: showcasing of products from the Charlevoix region: lamb, veal, pork, rabbit, cheeses and others such as bison, salmon, etc.
