Our specialty: the club sandwich revisited combines simplicity, flavours and terroir products! We work only with local farms, and also offer a whole range of beef dishes, such as our smoked meat, steak tartare & smoked beef brisket. Everything is made on site, from the bread to the smoking of the meat, and through to our baked goods and pastries
