WHO ARE WE?

Terroir et Saveurs, the largest network for gourmet outings and food tourism in Québec!

Launched in 2010 by the Association de l’Agrotourisme et du Tourisme Gourmand du Québec (AATGQ), the Terroir et Saveurs network was born out of the group of popular banners for accommodation, food services and agri-tourism: B&B, Bed & Breakfast, Country Inn, Country-style Dining, Terroir Restaurant, Farm Exploration and Farm Shop. After working for almost 40 years developing and showcasing regional and terroir products from Québec, it was the AATGQ’s desire to create a single, distinctive and innovative banner.

Today, Terroir et Saveurs is:

The most extensive network in Québec for the epicurean, the food lover or the food expert wanting to plan totally gourmet outings or to learn more about the diversity and the particularities of regional and terroir products from Québec.
Close to 400 establishments rigorously inspected and certified by the AATGQ and displaying the same distinctive banner of quality at their doors: CERTIFIÉ TERROIR ET SAVEURS DU QUÉBEC.
The only Web site (terroiretsaveurs.com) that lists circuits, events, as well as all the producers and artisans who shape the Québec terroir and create products from it.
An online showcase to bring along with you, wherever you travel, with the mobile version of Terroir et Saveurs.com (m.terroiretsaveurs.com).

With the goal of encouraging the development of a quality offer that responds to the needs of the clientele, the Terroir et Saveurs banner relies on a distinctive, innovative certification program. Thus Terroir et Saveurs is also a certification that grants establishments offering accommodation, food service and the sale of local products, as well as farmers, processors and artisans, a distinction recognizing the superior quality of their offer and their commitment to showcasing regional and terroir products from Québec. The Terroir et Saveurs certification, as well as its network, are administered and promoted by the AATGQ.
