A very special encounter, where you’ll learn about the production process and obtain detailed information about the products.

Explore the Lower Laurentians by staying at La Capucine de Saint-Placide, a charming, English colonial-style inn facing Lac des Deux-Montagnes. Upon your arrival, you’ll be offered a welcome cocktail with flavours from the terroir; you won’t need to go far for your evening meal - La Capucine offers a table d’hôte menu that draws its inspiration from regional products. Next day, visit the gourmet boutique at Verger Lacroix de St-Joseph-du-Lac, sample their ciders and take home a nice terroir gift.

Come and explore île d’Orléans by staying at the Auberge L’île Flottante, a residence dating back to 1836 that has kept its special cachet. The atmosphere is a combination of peace, warmth and good food. To welcome you upon your arrival you’ll be served a cocktail incorporating the flavours of the island. In the evening at the Moulin St-Laurent restaurant, you will enjoy fine regional cuisine in a former flour mill dating back to 1720. Visit Le Vignoble Isle De Bacchus Winery in St-Pierre too. Just 20 minutes from Québec City, on the Côte-de-Beaupré, allow yourself to be transported back to a former era by staying at the Auberge Baker in Château-Richer. Upon your arrival, you will be served a delicious cocktail that incorporates the flavours of the local terroir. In the evening, the inn has a table d’hôte menu to offer you, showcasing the inn’s expertise in Québec cuisine. Next day, visit the farm Québec-Oies in St-Ferréol-des-Neiges to sample some of the local flavours and receive a small gift from our very own terroir.

Right in the center of the village of Waterville, an old victorian house dated 1878 will welcome you with warmth. When arriving, you’ll be given a nice cocktail made with local flavours. Be ready for a culinary experience as in the evening, the Auberge Le Bocage in Compton will offer you a gastronomic dinner prepared with local products. The next day, visit Apéri-Fruits Compton, where you’ll discover a nice aperitif made of cassis or wild berries. Visit agrotouristic, tasting and a gift are waiting for you, all on the shore of Moe River.
