And don’t forget our gourmet networks, Nature in a thousand flavours and Fruits and flowers of the land. These two business associations invite you to discover restaurateurs, processors and producers who work hard to develop local products.

The table is set to welcome you… with a menu featuring crab, shrimp, fish, molluscs, cloudberries, blueberries, bilberries, cranberries, mushrooms and so many other delights that will tickle your palate. Visit our fish stores filled with the freshest products, set off to pick some cultivated or wild berries, savour Mère Michelle’s fudge, or some of the coulis and jams prepared by Imagiterre. If your journey takes you to the Mingan Islands area, stop in at the Maison de la Chicoutai to learn all about “bake apples”.

You’re looking for something a bit more exotic? Discover the picturesque charm of the Innu community inhabiting eight reserves in the Manicouagan and Duplessis regions. Or head off to the Lower North Shore to explore the seductive nature of the land.
