La Fraisonnée

Fruit farm

In 1989, in the small municipality of Clerval, Abitibi, Quebec, La Fraisonnée was created, a traditional manufacturing enterprise, specializing in homemade jams. Today, it is well-known for its pectin–free jams which have a unique texture and quality that has gained them great popularity.

Provincial certification(s): Ecocert Canada.
