Over the past few years, Québec has developed such a taste for good food that we can now celebrate the province’s flavours, its regional products and its harvest times right across its regions. These festive occasions are for sampling, purchasing and shooting the breeze with farmers and artisans. Between them, these events, festivals, celebrations and markets offer an embarrassment of choices: the Mondial des cidres, Fête des vendanges, Les Comptonales, Le Canard en Fête, the Festival des fromages fins, the Festival du homard, the Festibières, the Mondial de la Bière, Christmas markets, Montréal en lumières, etc.
