Connoisseur of Foie Gras, Élisé François has dedicated his life to producing high quality Foie Gras and duck products for over 20 years. Our experience allows us to provide a wide variety of flavourful products. For amateurs and the experienced alike we also offer cooking workshops on reservation only.

Provincial certification(s): Certified 'Relais du Terroirtm' .

Products : foie gras (whole, sliced, torchon, mousse), magret, dried smoked magret, rillettes, confit duck leg, confit gizzard, duck sausage.
